"Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see."

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping teens and young adults navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University and have spent over five years working closely with young people who are struggling.

I understand that teens and young adults often feel alone, believing they can’t voice their problems to those around them. This sense of isolation can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms and broken relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and private space where my clients can share their fears and concerns without judgment. By creating this supportive environment, I aim to help my clients discover the best versions of themselves and flourish into the individuals they want to be.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My focus is on teens and young adults, starting at age 13, as I believe this is a critical time for personal development and growth.

Outside of my work, I find joy in quiet Saturdays spent at home with my family and traveling with my husband, son, and extended family. I believe that kindness and empathy are key in all relationships, and I strive to bring these values into both my personal and professional life.
